Yet another happy trading day for me. Woohoo!

Another Retail Therapy Day!

Hope everyone else enjoyed the last two trading days as much as I did! The spectacular upward trend in techs have been welcomed.. It helped to justify my (yet another) retail therapy day today. Now with my head feeling much lighter (literally so, since I cut around 7 inches off my crowning glory), I am in a better mood (not that I was in a bad mood anyways).

Big movements in the market always mean big opportunities that make me a happy bunny! I know, I know, I haven't been posting much in my website this week. It has been quite a busy week. I guess I have to adjust and include my web postings in my weekly targets as well now.

If you have been following my writeups so far, you probably would ask.. what targets would a retired person have? Oh yeah...contrary to most people's believe, I am indeed a busy person! Like I said before, it takes some effort for me to get into what I am today, and discipline, discipline, discipline is definitely required. I believe no one should live aimlessly. We should all have targets/goals in our live.

Some of my weekly targets:-
1. Book to read;
2. Research on next travel destination;
3. Monitor and keeping up-to-date with stock market movements;
4. Research on better/other investing techniques.

Does that sound like hard work? Hmm.. I guess that is subjective. More importantly, these are what I enjoy doing and they are mostly done at a leisurely pattern anyway since I have already worked out a comfortable investing style and what is really required is to stick to it (that's really what discipline, discipline, discipline is all about). The rest of the research is really to keep myself abreast with better or latest wealth accumulation methods.

Verbal Diarrhoea or Useful Advice

These days my mind is filled with "What should I include in my website and blog today?"

I have a thought this morning... I set up the FINE EXISTENCE website with the intent of helping others, hoping that like-minded people can attain success without having to go through some of those obstacles I have experienced. But we all know that sometimes the so-called advices may not be appreciated or might be viewed differently.

Most (if not all) of us have experienced our mothers nagging. How many of us appreciated that at that very moment? How many of us replied with thank you and end up with a happy mood after that?

I have also read many books that promise alot in the beginning but turned out to be an utter disappointment.

It takes good communication skills (written, verbal or implied) to relay a message from one to another. I may not have the flair for language but hopefully I would be able to share what I have learned in my journery so far. Here, I would like to first apologise if my website does not meet the standards. If you have any comments, do drop a message or email me, I will work at it.

On a separate note, the stock market looks set to fall today. It's another happy day for people shorting stocks and 'putting' options. Happy gaining!

More Sections Published!

Many thanks to those kind souls who have sent me your comments. They have indeed been a booster to my motivation. Keep them coming!

Good news..finally, more sections are now preliminarily available on my FINE EXISTENCE website. Wealth Accumulation, Books and Cuisines sections have been published. Although there are still loads of information to upload, the published pages can allow the readers (if any?!) to know what to expect in days to come and serves as a motivation + check on 'project'.

I can't seem to find a suitable Blog Template!

Since I set up this blog yesterday, I have been spending half the time switching my blog templates. I can't seem to find one that is attractive and yet pleasing to the eye. I wished there could be more choices or that I become proficient enough to design my own..sigh!

Wonder if anyone else has this problem...or anyone who could help solve this problem..hmm..

My FIRST Posting on Blogger

Woww!! This is as exciting as starting the FINE EXISTENCE webpage itself. I guess this should be more interactive than simply displaying my blog on my site itself. It has been more than a week since I started my webpage. The momentum has slowed; partly cos I didn't hear any feedback from visitors. I guess I need some encouragement.

Other reasons? I have been busy:-
1. Lots of trading opportunity this week with the 50-50 rate cut and the talk on inflation!
2. I'm losing sleep with the trading opportunities around the world this week.
3. I'm researching on new travel destination.
4. A friend just taught me more new tricks on property investments.
5. It's weekend!
6. I have been distracted by this new blog! hahah..

Alright, I promise more development soon but if you're reading this, please give me some feedback. Cheers!

One more thought before I move on to my site. Now I know why it is difficult to find one useful book on wealth accumulation topic. Most on the shelves are pretty general and hardly get to the point. Reason I guess is cos it really takes effort for the author to put all the knowledge down concisely. At least, that's one of my concern now. I will try my best! Do let me know if there's anywhere I can improve.
